What is the Christmas Gathering?

The Christmas Gathering is a ladies event hosted by the Women's Ministry at First Baptist Church featuring Denise Lopez. Denise is the founder and director of EveryDay Ministries located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. EveryDay Ministries "seeks to meet everyday needs in order to share the gospel whether that is across the street, the states, or the seas!" The heartbeat of the ministry is to "do whatever, whenever, wherever, and for whomever the Lord leads and to encourage and empower others to do the same." The Christmas Gathering is a chance to gather together and slow down during the busiest time of the year for a night of fellowship. The doors will open at 6:00, dinner will be served at 6:15, and the program which features Denise will start at 7:00. The event features complimentary take home gifts for all attendees, holiday ideas for the family, ideas on how to entertain during the Christmas season, and thoughts on how to reduce stress and keep the "Reason for the Season" in your holiday activities! When/ where is the event being held?

The event will take place in the Mitchell Hall/Sanctuary at First Baptist Church Fayetteville on December 5 at 7:00pm. FBC Fayetteville is located at the corner of Dickson Street and College Avenue. Dinner will be served in Mitchell Hall and the program will take place in our Sanctuary. 

How do I purchase a ticket?

  • Tickets will go on sale starting November 1!
  • You can purchase tickets at the church office Monday through Thursday from 8am-5pm or on Fridays from 8am-12pm. 
  • Sundays in the Atrium or Information Center. 
  • You can purchase your tickets online! If you choose to do so, just bring your email confirmation to the church office to pick up your physical ticket or you can pick them up at will call the night of the event. Follow this link to purchase your ticket online. 

What time do I need to arrive at the event?

The doors will open at 6pm and dinner will be served at 6:15pm. The program starts at 7:00pm. 

What if I cannot attend after purchasing a ticket?

Due to the nature of the event, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Your ticket is good for the night of the event only and cannot be transferred to another event. If you are able to send the ticket with a friend, they can pick up your giveaways, otherwise, your ticket is expired.
